Return Eligibility:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and free of damage.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please be aware that gift cards, discounted items, seasonal items, stickers and wraps are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Return & Exchange Fee:
We’ll provide a return shipping label; the cost of this label will be deducted from your store credit.
Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives with a missing or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Claims made beyond this window will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
