How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed the next day and ship our every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Once shipped, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally to Canada, Australia, and the UK. We are hoping to expand our international shipping options to additional countries in the near future.

I placed an order but did not receive a tracking number

Tracking numbers are sent automatically by email once your order ships. 🩷 If you don’t see yours:Double-check your spam/junk folderMake sure you entered an email address at checkout (without one, we can’t send tracking info)Still can’t find it? What happens if I order pre-sale items together with in-stock items?

All items in an order ship together. 🩷 If you’d like in-stock items shipped right away, they’ll need to be placed in a separate order from pre-sale items.

My order still hasn't shipped or my tracking number hasn't updated

If your order hasn’t shipped yet or your tracking hasn’t updated, the most common reason is that you purchased pre-sale/pre-order items. In that case, a shipping label may have been created, but we’re still waiting for those items to arrive before the package goes out. 🩷If your order wasn’t a pre-order — or if you’re worried about a possible delay — please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to check on it for you to make sure your package isn’t lost. ✨

How do I access my gift card?

To access your monthly gift card, please do the following:Sign in to the member portal hereClick on the Pink or Platinum DashboardScroll down and the very first resource will contain information pertaining to gift cards and additional product discounts available to you.Hope that helps!

I forgot to enter my discount code

If you forgot to enter your discount code, you can cancel your order and place it again so long as it has not yet been fulfilled.To do so, please click on your account to view your order history.Note: if your order has already been fulfilled, it is too late to provide discounts or change it in any way.

Will my gift cards roll over to the next month?

Gift cards reset each month 🩷They can’t be saved or rolled over, but don’t worry — a brand-new one is added to your account at the start of every month.

Can I use my gift card more than once each month?

Gift cards are single-use only and must be used in full. A new one is added every month!

My gift card code is not working

Please make sure you are entering in your code exactly as it appears in your member dashboard. If you are still having trouble, please email customer service and we will take a look for you.

I can't log into my membership. What should I do?

Let’s troubleshoot!First, be sure you're logging in here: Member Sign-In PageDouble-check that you're using the same email address you used when you joined. It must be the email associated with your payment method (credit/debit, PayPal, etc).If you’re not sure which email that is, try searching your inbox for a welcome email from us — it’s sent right after you enroll.

I didn’t get a welcome email when I joined. Does that mean it didn’t go through?

Yes, our monthly and annual memberships auto renew unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime within 48 hours of your next payment.
